Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Genack website (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Genack is a directory and aggregator that helps workers find AI training, data labeling, RLHF, coding evaluation, and red teaming opportunities across third-party platforms. We aggregate job postings and company information from publicly available sources, host worker-submitted reviews, and offer a Quick Match tool and an AI help assistant.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

Worker Use

  • We do not collect or host job applications. Applying to a role redirects you to an external platform with its own terms and privacy practices, where you submit your application directly to that platform or employer.
  • You are responsible for verifying all details — including pay, requirements, and availability — directly with the originating platform before applying or relying on any information.
  • AI-generated content from our help assistant is provided for guidance only and may be inaccurate. Review it before relying on it.

Employer and Submitter Use

  • When submitting a job listing, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information is accurate and lawful.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.
  • You must comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
  • We may remove content or revoke access for violations of these Terms.

AI Tools

Genack offers AI-assisted tools. The Quick Match wizard asks for your preferences (work type, experience, availability) and ranks active roles against them using rule-based logic — results are automated suggestions for guidance only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not job offers or endorsements, and we do not guarantee any application outcome. Our help assistant uses third-party AI models; its output may be incorrect, incomplete, or offensive. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or professional decisions, and review any AI-generated content before use.

Reviews and User-Submitted Content

Reviews represent the personal opinions of the workers who submitted them, not Genack. We do not verify and are not responsible for the truthfulness or accuracy of reviews. We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion. You agree not to submit false, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content, and not to impersonate another person.

License to User-Submitted Content

When you submit a review, job listing, or other content to Genack, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the rights to your submission and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

Third-Party Content and Links

The Service aggregates job postings and company information from publicly available pages on third-party platforms. We pull this information automatically and do not have a direct partnership or integration with the companies shown. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those companies, and all trademarks and job postings belong to their respective owners. We do not control or endorse third-party content, and we are not liable for its accuracy, availability, or outcomes. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Scrape, copy, or overload the Service or its data sources, or use automated means to collect data without permission.
  • Attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Job postings remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that job postings are accurate, available, or current, or that applications will result in employment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content, including any outcomes related to job applications, platform interactions, or AI-generated content.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, for any and all claims, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. This limitation applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genack and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (c) your violation of the rights of any third party; and (d) any job content or reviews you submit. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

Copyright and Trademark; DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. Job postings and company trademarks displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes only. If you believe that content on the Service infringes a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to help@genack.com. Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will process and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and remove or disable any content you submitted, at any time and for any reason, including a violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Arbitration — shall survive.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your information.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your rights. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except for matters that the AAA rules exclude from arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Either of us may bring an action in small claims court for claims within that court's jurisdiction and brought in that person's individual capacity, without first arbitrating. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, each party waives any right to a jury trial. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to help@genack.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws, including those of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or your country of residence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any court proceedings permitted under these Terms will be in the courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review this page periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
